無塵室的必需設備，設在（CLEAN
ROOM）入口處，對進入室內的人與物品，以高速噴氣式清淨空氣吹拂，將人體衣服、物品上附著的灰塵和細菌等清乾淨後才能進入。
The equipment required for the
clean rooms is placed at the entrance of the clean room. They would spray
clean air at a high speed to blow off the dust and bacteria attached to
the clothes and articles of the people entering the clean room.
人與物兩用式AIRSHOWER無底座式設計，以便於推車的進出，並可於AIRSHOWER內部地板平鋪SUS304不銹鋼板夥或保留原本之EPOXY地板。
The no-base design of the dual-purpose
air shower（for people and article）is conven for the movement of the carts.
SUS304 stainless steel plates can be paved flatly no the floor of the
air shower, or the original epoxy floor can be reserved. |
